Ingredients

  • 1 Golden kiwi
  • Sugar 4g Sugar
  • 100ml sparkling water
  • 8g Gelatin powder
  • 40g Water
  • Green Kiwi 1 Kiwi
  • Sugar 4g Sugar
  • 100ml sparkling water
  • 8g Gelatin powder
  • 40g Water
  • Honey Honey
  • Apple Mint
  • Sparkling water
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Add powdered gelatin to water and soak for 15 minutes.
  2. Peel and slice the kiwi, and grind it in a blender with sparkling water.
  3. Put the ground kiwi and sugar in a pot and boil until bubbles rise.
  4. Add soaked gelatin, mix, put in a mold, and harden in the refrigerator for about 5 hours.
  5. Separate the hardened jelly from the mold.
    (If you use a round frame like in the video, it is convenient to separate it using a toothpick~^^)
  6. Chop the apple mint finely and mix it with honey.
  7. Coat the mouth of the cup with mint honey and sugar.
  8. Put jelly and carbonated water mint honey in a cup and mix well.
