  • 4g Butter
  • 120g (35℃) Water
  • Cooked potatoes
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Cheese
  • 1L Water
  • 1Ts Honey
  • 1 ts Baking soda

Instructions

  1. Put strong flour into the ball, make 3 grooves, and insert into each groove.
  2. Add salt, sugar, and dry yeast and mix with flour first, then mix thoroughly.
  3. Add water and knead until it forms into a ball.
  4. Add the butter and knead for 10-15 minutes until smooth.
  5. Apply a little oil on the surface, cover, and ferment for about 30 minutes.
  6. After fermentation, press the dough firmly to release gas and divide it into 3 pieces.
  7. Spread it in a rectangular shape using a rolling pin, add cooked potatoes (+salt, pepper) and cheese, roll it up from the end, and pinch it so that it does not fall off.
  8. One end is made pointed, the other end is spread thin and wide, and the thin and wide part is rolled out so that it is attached.
  9. Trim the attached part meticulously.
  10. Place on paper foil, cover and ferment for 20 minutes.
  11. Add baking soda and honey to water and bring to a boil.
  12. When the water boils, reduce the heat to low and blanch the molded dough for 30 seconds on each side.
  13. Pan in an oven pan and bake in an oven at 180 degrees for 20-22 minutes.
