I made a Christmas whipped cream cake that can be easily made by baking chocolate genuise in a pan without an oven~

Even if I bake a sponge cake sheet with a pot, it swells well and the pores are dense and fluffy~*^^*

When baking the sheet in a pot, it is important to cover it tightly so that it can inflate well.

It inflates to the maximum and turns off slightly when it is fully cooked, so check it with a skewer and take it out immediately.

Cake icing can be done easily even if you are not skilled, so I think this cake is easy to make. I think you can freely decorate the cake with chocolate, Christmas picks, or fruits such as strawberries.

The strawberry is sandwiched in the middle, so the taste is good and the cross section is pretty.

I sprinkled a lot of sugar powder and it feels like snow has piled up.

Ingredients

155g Egg
110g Sugar
10g Honey
2g Vanilla extract
30g Melted unsalted butter
45g Milk
100g Cake flour
10g Cocoa powder
Sugar syrup
Whipped cream (300g whipping cream + 30g sugar)

Instructions

Place a bowl of eggs on a pot of hot water, add sugar, honey, and vanilla extract, and stir until the temperature reaches 40 degrees.
Whip with a hand mixer until it becomes a rich ivory-colored foam. Sift the soft flour and cocoa powder and mix.
Pour a little of the dough into the bowl of melted unsalted butter and milk (temperature 50-60 degrees), mix, put in the main dough, mix, apply butter, and pour into a pan with parchment paper.
After removing air bubbles, put the pot on the lowest heat, cover with a lid, and bake for about 50 to 60 minutes.
Remove the parchment paper from the pot, cool it, cut off the top and cut into 4 pieces.
Place a sheet on a rotating plate, sprinkle with sugar syrup, and apply whipped cream. Repeat one more time.
Put strawberries cut into 1/4 size on top of the cream, apply cream, put a sheet, sprinkle syrup, apply cream, and put the last sheet.
Sprinkle sugar syrup and cream over the entire area, then icing so that the sides are slightly exposed, and decorate with snowman chocolate, macarons, strawberries, etc.
