I made soufflé pancakes that are soft and fluffy like clouds!
It is made with simple ingredients without any special ingredients, but the taste is so good.
I think you need to knead the meringue well to make the soft texture come out well.
I ate it with strawberries and condensed milk, and enjoy it with various fruits, syrup, butter, jam, etc.

Ingredients
- 2 Egg yolks
- 2g Vanilla extract
- 25g Milk
- 25g All-purpose flour
- 2 Egg whites
- 2g Lemon juice
- 30g Sugar
Instructions
- Add vanilla extract to egg yolk and mix
- Add milk and mix.
- Sift flour and mix.
- Add lemon juice to egg whites and whip until large bubbles form.
- Divide the sugar 3 times and make a hard meringue.
- Add half of the meringue to the egg yolk mixture and mix gently.
- Add all the remaining meringue and mix evenly with a spatula.
- Put it in a piping bag.
- Add a little oil to the frying pan and wipe it off with a kitchen towel.
- Heat the pan over low heat.
- Squeeze the soufflé dough and place it on top.
- Add a little water, cover, and cook for about 5 minutes.
I used a small frying pan because the lid was small.
I think you should use a large frying pan so that they don't stick to each other so you can bake them beautifully. - Carefully turn the cake over
- Add a little more water, cover, and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Place in a bowl, top with strawberries, and sprinkle with condensed milk.
