Cinnamon Roll Cookies Recipe

I made a cinnamon roll cookie with a cinnamon scent and chewy almonds
I pushed the cookie dough thinly, sprinkled it with cinnamon sugar, and rolled it hard to make it look pretty.

I divided the dough in half and baked it in 2 shapes, but it was different and interesting ~ ^^
I baked the cookie a little longer to give it a baked color and make it hard, but I think it was better because it had a chewy texture

Cool the cookies and sprinkle glaze in various shapes to decorate them ~
I like the combination of cinnamon and almond, it’s really delicious, so I think I will make and eat it often ~
