I made three crack cookies with cinnamon, chocolate, and lemon flavors ~
In the past, I wanted to make a cookie with a deep crack, but I think it would be better to bake it with various flavors and colors.

It’s crispy on the outside, but the inside is so strong that the texture is fun and the taste is really good ~
The kneading method is simple, and even if you bake without tissue, the cracks come out well and it is easy to make ~

When kneading, it is important to crack lightly so that the sugar does not melt much.

When mixing the powder, just mix it with a spatula so that the powder is not visible.

This cookie has a different texture depending on the baking time, so if you like crispy, bake it for 1 ~ 2 more minutes, or if you want to get better, reduce it by 1 minute.

Each cookie has a certain taste and it’s good and I put it together, so it’s more appetizing and I’m even proud of it ~
You may try using different ingredients to make various flavors ~
