In Cooking Tree, Valentine’s Day Raspberry Heart Chocolate is on the menu, and we’ll show you how to make it from scratch.

I added raspberry jam to make heart-shaped chocolate that is fresh and really delicious~
I simply hardened chocolate using a foil cup I bought at E-Mart, and I think it separates cleanly and has a good size~^^

Dark chocolate on the outside, white chocolate with dried strawberries, and raspberry jam on the inside.

I think it would be good to decorate the top with various applications.

Similar to the last raw chocolate cookie, I made a simple decoration using melted white chocolate and sprinkles~

I think it’s a good idea to make an easy and pretty gift for Valentine’s Day~♥

Ingredients

100g Dark chocolate
40g White chocolate
Dried strawberry
Raspberry jam
Melted white chocolate
Sprinkle

Instructions

Put hot water at 60-70 degrees in a pot, put a bowl on top, and melt the dark chocolate.
Coat a heart-shaped foil cup with chocolate and put it in the refrigerator to harden.
Melt white chocolate in a hot water bath, add dried strawberries and mix.
Put (3) on top of the hardened dark chocolate, flatten it and put the raspberry jam.
Fill with dark chocolate and flatten, then cool completely in the refrigerator and remove the foil.
Garnish with melted white chocolate, sprinkles and dried strawberries.
