I made a maple fruit cake topped with fresh fruit by sanding maple cream on a pound sheet with apples~
Putting cinnamon and boiled apples on the sheet give it a good flavor and the sheet is moist, so it is much more delicious~^^
The cream cheese cream with maple syrup tastes really good with the sheet, so I keep getting my hands on it~~
I think it turned out to be a rich and eye-catching cake when decorated with delicious and coveted fruits~*^^*
I sprinkled maple syrup on the cake at the end, but the cream dripped a little as time passed because the syrup was soaked in the cream.
If you omit the maple syrup for decoration, I think you can make a cake that maintains a prettier shape~

Ingredients
- 1 Apple (about 250g)
- 20g Sugar
- 30ml Lemon juice
- 1/4ts Cinnamon powder
- 225g Unsalted butter
- 100g Brown sugar
- 70g sugar
- a pinch of Salt
- 4 Eggs
- 3g Vanilla extract
- 250g Cake flour
- 7g Baking powder
- 100g Whipping cream
- 10g Sugar
- 200g Cream cheese
- 20g Maple syrup
Decorating:
- Strawberry
- Cherry
- Blueberry
Instructions
- Put the diced apples, sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon powder in a pot and boil it.
- Soften unsalted butter, add brown sugar, sugar, and salt and mix. Divide the eggs and mix. Add vanilla extract and mix.
- Sift the soft flour and baking powder and mix, then add the boiled apples and mix.
- Divide the dough into 3 and bake for 25 minutes in an oven at 180 degrees (preheated for about 20 minutes at 190 degrees) to make 3 sheets, turn over and press lightly to flatten and cool.
- Whip the whipped cream, then add cream cheese and maple syrup and whip it to make cream.
- Apply cream on the sheet, repeat and decorate with fruit.
