I made a sandwich-shaped cake by putting strawberries and cream on a chocolate sponge cake sheet.
I make a lot of strawberry sandwiches using white bread, but it’s fun to eat them with sponge cake sheets~^^
I cut the sheet into squares of about 11.5cm and used it, but I think it would be cute even if it was made smaller~
I made whipped cream with condensed milk, and it goes well with strawberries and it’s really delicious~*^^*
After making it, wrapping it in cling film and hardening it in the refrigerator, it cuts beautifully.

Ingredients
- 190g Egg
- 120g Sugar
- 13g Honey
- 3g Vanilla extract
- 55g Unsalted butter
- 35g Milk
- 110g Cake flour
- 15g Cocoa powder
- 350g Whipping cream
- 70g Condensed milk
- Strawberry
Instructions
- Place a bowl of eggs on a pot of hot water, add sugar, honey, and vanilla extract, and stir until the temperature reaches 40 degrees.
- Whip with a hand mixer until it becomes a rich ivory-colored foam, then sift the soft flour and cocoa powder and mix.
- Put a little of the dough in a bowl of melted unsalted butter and milk (temperature 50-60 degrees), mix, put in the main dough, mix, pour into an 18cm mold, and bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 40 minutes.
- Cool the cake sheet and cut off the top and bottom, then cut into 4 pieces and cut into squares.
- Add condensed milk to fresh cream and whip with a hand mixer to make cream.
- Apply cream on a sheet, put strawberries, apply cream, put another sheet on it, fill the side with cream to make it smooth, wrap it in plastic wrap and harden it in a cool room for 2 hours.
