No-bake! Strawberry chocolate cake (Rice cooker cake) is on the menu in Cooking Tree, and we are going to teach you how to make this delicious recipe from scratch!

I made a chocolate whipped cream cake topped with strawberries in a no-oven using a rice cooker! Although it is a sheet made using a rice cooker, it is hard and moist, and above all, it is delicious with plenty of strawberries.

The chocolate on the strawberry on top is really delicious ^^ It is a strawberry chocolate cream cake that can be easily and beautifully made without an oven~~^^

Ingredients

4 Egg yolks
45ml Milk
40g Melted butter
4 Egg whites
100g Sugar
100g Cake flour
10g Cocoa powder
1/2ts Baking powder
Sugar syrup
Whipped cream (200g cream + 20g sugar)
Strawberry
Ganache or melted chocolate
White chocolate
pistachio

Instructions

Put the egg yolk in a bowl and loosen it, then add milk + melted butter and mix.
Put the egg white in another bowl and whip it. When a large bubble appears, divide the sugar in 3 batches and whip it to make a meringue.
Sift the soft flour + cocoa powder + baking powder and mix, then add the egg yolk mixture and mix.
Grease the rice bowl with butter and then pour the dough.
Bake for about 50 minutes using the steam function of the electric rice cooker. (Can also be cooked)
After cooling the cake, cut it into 2 tiers.
Sprinkle sugar syrup on one sheet, then put whipped cream on top.
Put sliced strawberries and whipped cream once more.
Place another sheet on top and decorate with whipped cream, strawberries, ganache, white chocolate and pistachios.
