I made a more chewy marshmallow by adding tapioca pearls~
I thought it would be nice to try adding tapioca pearls to basic marshmallows, so I tried it and it looks different and fun~
Tapioca pearls need to be boiled soft enough to make them chewy instead of hard.
I poured the marshmallows into the mold and put pearls to harden them, but if I put the pearls right away, everything sinks to the bottom, so I think it would be better to put the pearls after hardening for about 20 minutes~
I made syrup with brown sugar and served it with it. It’s sweet + sweet, so it’s very sweet, but it’s a different and fun dessert~^^
