Ingredients

  • 270g Cake flour
  • 5g Baking powder
  • 1/2ts Salt
  • 135g Butter
  • 225g Sugar
  • 115g Egg
  • 1.5ts Vanilla extract
  • 290g Milk
  • Food coloring (blue)
  • whipping cream
  • Sprinkle

Instructions

  1. Prepare by sieving soft flour + baking powder + salt.
  2. After softening the butter, add the sugar in 3~4 times and whip enough until it becomes soft and creamy.
  3. Divide the beaten eggs in 2-3 batches and mix, then add vanilla extract and mix.
  4. Add powder and milk alternately in step 2 and mix.
  5. In another bowl, reduce 1/3 of the dough, add food coloring, and mix to make a light blue color.
  6. Pan in a square pan and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  7. Cut out the cooled cake with a snowflake cutter.
  8. Put a little of the remaining dough into the cake pan and put the snowflake-shaped cake upright.
  9. Put all the dough, flatten the top, and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
  10. Decorate with whipped cream and sprinkles.
