Ingredients

  • 20g Butter
  • 40g Sugar
  • 1 Egg white
  • 15g Fresh cream
  • 25g Cake flour
  • 10g Cocoa powder
  • White chocolate

Instructions

  1. Put butter in a bowl and loosen gently, then add sugar and mix.
  2. Add egg white and whipped cream and mix.
  3. Sift the soft flour and cocoa powder and mix.
  4. Pan thinly in a circular shape on an oven pan.
  5. Bake for 5 minutes in an oven preheated to 170 degrees.
  6. When hot, mold it into a fortune cookie shape.
  7. Decorate with half of melted white chocolate.
