Ingredients

  • 43g Butter
  • Milk 40g
  • 50g Water
  • 1g salt
  • Sugar 3g
  • 45g Flour
  • 50-55g Egg
  • 120 g marshmallows
  • Butter 15g
  • Melted chocolate
  • sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Put butter, water, milk, sugar and salt in a pot and boil until the butter is completely dissolved.
  2. Remove from heat, sieve strong flour and mix until smooth.
    Put it back on the fire and heat it up, stirring rapidly for about 1 minute until a white film forms on the bottom of the pot.
  3. Transfer the dough to another bowl and let it cool slightly, then beat the eggs in 1/3 portions and mix.
  4. Put the dough in a pastry bag and pan it in an oven pan. Dip your fingers in water and arrange the ends of the dough in a circle.
  5. Bake in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for 40-50 minutes and cool.
  6. Melt the marshmallows and butter in the microwave for 10 seconds at a time, then place them in a piping bag.
    Drill 3 holes in the back of the shoe and fill it with marshmallows.
  7. Decorate the top with melted chocolate and sprinkles.
