Making simple kimbap! I made little kimbap~ Flying fish roe, radish sprouts, and pickled radish are added to this kimbap with a very maki-like feel.

I made it in a hurry and ate it in a hurry hahaha It has a nice crunchy texture and is small so it is easy to eat, and I think I will make it often~bb!!

Ingredients

  • Rice (+ salt, sesame oil, sesame)
  • seaweed for kimbap
  • Flying Fish Roe
  • radish sprouts
  • burdock burdock
  • Pickled Radish Pickled Radish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the rice by mixing salt, sesame oil, and sesame seeds, and cut the laver for kimbap in half.​
  2. Put the rice on the seaweed and spread it thinly, then put pickled radish, burdock, radish, and flying fish roe.
  3. Press firmly and roll.
  4. Cut into bite-size pieces and place in a bowl.

Notes

If you put water on the tip, it sticks better.
