Coffee syrup – 100ml Water – 20g Sugar – 30g Espresso cream – 2g Leaf gelatine – 200g Cream cheese – 80g Plain Yogurt – 50g Sugar – 1/2ts Vanilla extract – 160g Whipped cream – Chocolate cake sheet – Cocoa powder


1. Put gelatin in water and soak for 10 minutes. 2. Make coffee syrup by mixing water, sugar and espresso. 3. Put cream cheese + plain yogurt in a bowl and mix, then add sugar + vanilla extract and mix. 4. Remove the water from the gelatin and heat it in the microwave for 10 seconds to completely dissolve it. 5. Add to cheese batter and mix. 6. Add whipped cream and mix. 7. Lay a chocolate sheet on the mold and coat it with plenty of coffee syrup. 8. Put the cream, put a sheet on it, and coat it with coffee syrup. Repeat one more time. 9. Decorate with cream on top and harden in the freezer for 1 hour. 10. Sprinkle generously with cocoa powder.
