I made strawberry cupcakes decorated with melting cotton candy! A bite of cotton candy~ A bite of cake~ It’s so sweet that it melts softly~ When you add strawberry puree and strawberry powder and knead it, it is full of strawberry flavor.

I wanted to eat the dough….. lol It’s pastel pastel when decorated with fluffy cotton candy on a lovely pink cake haha It’s lovely~

Eggs and butter at room temperature for at least 30 minutes – 1 hour

Ingredients

  • 50g Butter
  • Sugar 50g Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • Soft flour 80g Flour
  • Strawberry powder 20g
  • Baking powder 3g Baking powder
  • 1g salt
  • 55g Milk
  • Strawberry puree 55g
  • Whipping cream + Pink food coloring
  • Cotton candy
  • Sprinkler Sprinkler
  • Agave syrup

Instructions

  1. After softening the butter, add sugar and mix.
  2. Add eggs and mix quickly to avoid separation.
  3. Sift in soft flour + strawberry powder + baking powder + salt and mix, then add milk + strawberry puree and mix.
  4. After filling the oven frame to about 70%, bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  5. After putting cotton candy in a straw. Sprinkle with sprinkles and decorate. (Agave syrup is used to attach sprinkles to cotton candy)
  6. Put whipped cream on the finished muffin and put cotton candy.
