I made a choux that looks like a home run ball! Plenty of ganache instead of cream inside! I put coconut slices on top, and I think I did a good job uploading them haha I made it small, but I think it could be made a little bigger~

Ingredients

  • Soft Flour 46g Soft Flour
  • Baking powder 6g
  • 38g Butter
  • 40g Water
  • 16g Milk
  • 1 egg
  • Dark Chocolate 50g Dark Chocolate
  • 35g fresh cream
  • Coconut slice

Instructions

  1. Put butter + milk + water in a pot and boil over medium heat.
    When it boils, adjust the heat to low.
  2. Sift the soft flour + baking powder and knead the dough while mixing.
  3. When a white film forms on the floor, take it off the fire. (After about 2-3 minutes)
  4. After cracking the eggs, divide the dough into 2 batches and mix.
  5. Transfer to a pastry bag, pan in an oven pan, and spray water with a sprayer.
  6. 13-15 minutes in 180-degree oven
  7. Boil 1/2 fresh cream, pour in finely chopped dark chocolate to melt the chocolate,
    Add 1/2 of cold whipped cream and mix to make the ganache.
  8. Make a small hole in the back of the choux and use a piping bag to put the ganache.
  9. Garnish with ganache and coconut slices.
