I made a cream cheese cream tart topped with seasonal apricots and plums~
It is delicious to make separately, but I think it’s good that you can enjoy the taste of the two fruits together because the color is pretty and you can add two kinds of fruits together.
By slicing the fruit slightly thickly, it looks rich and you can feel the freshness of the fruit as it is.
I put cream cheese cream that goes well with the fruit, and since they are both sour fruits, I put apricot jam under the almond cream and baked them, and it was even more delicious when eaten together.
The more I look at it, the more luscious it seems to be a tart~*^^*
