I put strawberries on a green tea sheet and made a green tea strawberry cake icing with pink whipped cream!

When the cake is cut, the green color of the green tea sheet and the red color of the strawberry are clearly visible, so it is pretty~ Sweet and sour strawberries, soft whipped cream, and chocolate ganache go together deliciously, and the subtle green tea scent makes my mouth feel clean~

Ingredients

15cm Green tea sponge cake 3 sheets
400g Whipped cream (+40g sugar, 1ts strawberry extract)
Sugar syrup
sliced strawberry
Ganache (40g chocolate + 40g fresh cream)
6 strawberry

Instructions

Place 1 cake sheet on a rolling board, sprinkle with sugar syrup, thinly coat with whipped cream, and place sliced strawberries on top.
Apply fresh cream on the strawberry. Repeat the above process one more time.
Put the last cake sheet on top and smooth cream on the top and sides.
Pour the ganache over the top and drain it, then decorate it with whipped cream and strawberries.
