I made a cake in a mug that is easy to eat and easy to make~.
The cake is made with fresh cream and strawberries on a cake sheet, so it can’t be tasteless.
I made it in a cup so I could eat it one cup at a time without the inconvenience of cutting it.
I think you can get into the Christmas spirit by making simple decorations that are suitable for Christmas.

Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 60g Sugar
- 2g Vanilla extract
- 15g Unsalted butter
- 20g Milk
- 55g Cake flour
- 350g Whipping cream
- 35g Sugar
- Strawberry
- Coconut powder
Instructions
Cake Sheet
- Place the bowl with the eggs over a saucepan of simmering water.
- Add the sugar and vanilla extract and, whisking constantly, bring the temperature up to 40 degrees.
- Lower the bowl and add the bowl containing the milk and butter and heat to medium.
- Whisk in the egg wash until fine, stiff peaks form.
(Spend the last minute or two on the lowest speed to clear the air pockets) - Sift in the flour and mix until there are no visible lumps.
- Take some of the batter and mix it into the bowl with the milk and butter.
- Add it all to the main batter and mix evenly.
- Pour into an oven pan and bake in a 170 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
- Let it cool completely and then cut it out with a round cutter.
(I used 5, 8, and 10 cm cutters - it may vary depending on the cups you use)
Whipped Cream
- Whip the whipped cream with the sugar.
- Layer the cake sheet, cream, and strawberries in the cups.
- Decorate with sliced strawberries.
