I made a roll cake with strawberries, kiwi, and canned fruits! I think it’s a really delicious roll cake with sweet and sour fruit that fills your mouth and the soft and moist cake is harmonious~ One roll at a time! It is so delicious that I can eat it all ^^ Have fun watching it~♬

Ingredients
- 2 Egg white
- 50g Sugar
- 50g Egg yolk
- 2g Vanilla extract
- 55g Cake flour
- 15g Melted butter
- 20ml Milk
- whipped whipping cream (fresh cream 70g+sugar 10g)
- Fruit (strawberry, kiwi, canned fruits)
Instructions
- Put the egg white in a bowl and whip it. When a large bubble appears, add the sugar 2 or 3 times and whip until it forms a firm foam.
- Add egg yolk and vanilla extract and whip for 1 minute.
- Sift the soft flour and mix lightly.
- Pour the melted butter + milk over a spatula and mix quickly and evenly.
- Pour into an oven pan, flatten the top, hit the bottom 2-3 times and bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes.
- Spread whipped cream thinly on the cooled cake sheet and place the fruit.
- Using paper foil, roll it up and roll both ends.
- Harden in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
