I made strawberry dacquoise by putting custard cream and strawberries on top of fragrant dacquoise!
When you cut it, it is full of yellow custard cream and a lot of fresh strawberries topped with it, so it looks like a pretty and delicious dessert~
I made it in a different shape instead of the normal dacquoise, and I think it’s fun and pretty *^^*

Ingredients
- (3~4ea)
- 65g Egg white
- 20g Sugar
- 1/4ts Vanilla extract
- 52g Almond powder
- 35g Sugar powder
- 12g Cake flour
- Custard cream
- Sugar powder
- Strawberry
- Apple mint
Instructions
- Put the egg white in a bowl and whip it. When a large bubble rises, add sugar and vanilla extract and whip to make a meringue.
- Sift almond powder, sugar powder, and soft flour and mix.
- Squeeze out a shape on an oven pan and make a groove in the middle.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar twice and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
- Bake in the oven and press the center part while hot.
- Cut the strawberries in half.
- Fill the center with custard cream and put strawberries on top.
- Garnish with powdered sugar and apple mint.
