I made a no-oven cherry blossom cheesecake that looks like a large flower has risen~
Cherry blossom syrup is added to the pink layer to give off a soft cherry scent, so I think it goes well with the flower scent~^^
There is a layer of raspberry jam hidden inside, so it is not flat and the taste goes well with it.
On the top, whipped cream, whipped to the point where the horns stand softly, is decorated with a flower shape using the tip of No.123, and it looks like cherry blossoms~
