Soft 3 Flavors Mini French Toast is on the menu in Cooking Tree, and we are going to teach you how to make this delicious recipe from scratch!

I baked 3 flavors of French toast with egg wash and yogurt.
It was very fluffy and soft and it was nice to have 3 different flavors.

I used strawberry jam, lotus biscoff, and nutella, but I think you could add other ingredients like peanut butter.
You have to bake each one individually, so it’s a little troublesome for the maker, but it’s very convenient for the eater^^.

I think it would be great to give them to my kids to eat one by one.
I don’t know if they know how much effort and thought I put into it.

I cut off the edges because they were tough, but if you don’t mind eating them together, you can just bake them.
I added Greek yogurt so it was more moist and fluffy~.

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 70g Milk
  • 35g Greek yogurt

  • 6 slices of Bread
  • Strawberry Jam
  • Lotus spread
  • Nutella
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. spread strawberry jam, lotus biscoff, and nutella between slices of bread.
  2. Trim off the edges and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, milk, and Greek yogurt.
    (You can also add cinnamon powder to taste)
  4. Add butter to a skillet and cook over low heat until evenly melted.
  5. Finish with a dusting of powdered sugar.
