I made a roll cake filled with whipped cream with Oreo.
Bake a chocolate sheet and cut it into hard whipped cream into Oreo barrels to give it a lot of Oreo flavor.

I coated the top with chocolate for white coating mixed with Oreos, and it turned out to be a hard roll cake.
When cutting the roll cake, the chocolate crumbles and cuts, and the feeling of being cut is unique, and eating a

Ingredients

  • 4 Egg yolks
  • 10g Sugar
  • 1g Salt
  • 3g Vanilla extract
  • 30g Vegetable oil
  • 50g Milk
  • 55g Cake flour
  • 15g Cocoa powder
  • 2g Baking powder
  • 4 Cold egg whites
  • 80g Sugar

  • 200g Cold heavy cream
  • 20g Sugar
  • 10 Oreos

  • 5 Oreos (cream x)
  • 400g Melted white chocolate for coating

Instructions

  1. Mix the egg yolk with sugar and salt, then add vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract and mix.
  2. Sift the soft flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder and mix.
  3. When large bubbles start to appear while whipping the cold egg white, divide the sugar into 3 portions and whip it to make a meringue with soft horns.
  4. Pour a small amount of meringue into the chocolate dough and mix, then add all of the meringue to the meringue and mix.
  5. Pour it into the mold, flatten it, and bake it in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 23 minutes. Take it out of the mold and cut the edges to prepare.
  6. Add sugar to the cold whipped cream and whip hard until the horns stand. Cut 10 Oreos and mix.
  7. Put the cream on the sheet, roll it up and harden it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  8. Remove cream from melted white chocolate for coating, add crushed Oreo powder, mix, pour over roll cake for coating, and harden in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
