I made a no-gelatin chocolate mousse cake that melts softly when you put it in your mouth and spreads the flavor of chocolate.
Although it is a short piece with a lot of chocolate, it hardens well without adding gelatin~*^^*
I made a mousse base by boiling egg yolks, but I think it will be a more luxurious and flavorful mousse cake~
If you boil the egg yolk, it may become slightly lumpy, but in that case, stir it with a whisk to soften it.
The ganache on the top is soft and floats well when eaten.
I finished it off with a small strawberry cut in half on the top, but I think the combination of chocolate and strawberry is always a good combination because the color and taste go well together~*^^*
When cutting a cake, heat a knife in hot water to remove the moisture and cut it well.
