Plain Bagels is on the menu in Cooking Tree, and we are going to teach you how to make this delicious recipe from scratch!
I made a chewy and light plain bagel~ It was difficult to knead by hand, but it is so delicious! haha If you eat it with cream cheese, it’s really cool bb! A slightly longer fermentation time will result in a more fluffy bagel, If the fermentation is short, a very chewy bagel is made.
I think it would be good if you refer to it and make it according to your taste~ If I make it according to this recipe, it is moderately chewy and soft, so it seems just right.
