Ingredients

  • 55g Butter
  • 20g Sugar
  • 25g Sugar powder
  • 40g Peanut Butter
  • 25g Egg
  • 80g Cake flour
  • 2g Baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 10g Peanut crunch
  • Marshmallow
  • Melted chocolate

Instructions

  1. Put butter in a bowl and loosen gently, then add sugar and powdered sugar and mix.
  2. Add peanut butter and mix, then add eggs and mix.
  3. Add soft flour, baking powder, and salt and mix lightly, then add Peanut Crunch and mix.
  4. After panning flat on an oven pan, place marshmallows on top and bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 30 minutes, then cool.
  5. Sprinkle melted chocolate on the cooled cookie bar and cut it into a bar shape.

  • I made a chewy cookie bar by putting marshmallows on top of fragrant cookies with peanut butter~
