I made a lemon drizzle cake filled with lemon syrup to make it crispy on the outside and moist on the inside!
I baked it in a small Gugelhof mold, and I sprinkled the juice of about one lemon on one cake~
Lemon zest is added to the cake dough to give it a lemony scent, but I think it’s a cake full of lemon flavor and flavor by sprinkling plenty of lemon syrup on it~^^
I made it not too sweet, but if you want it sweeter, you can make it by adding more sugar to the cake and lemon syrup~ Crispy on the outside and savory on the outside, and so moist on the inside.
