Ingredients

  • 58g Butter
  • 50g brown sugar
  • 10g white sugar
  • 1/2 Egg
  • Milk 7ml Milk
  • Vanilla extract 1ts Vanilla extract
  • Red food coloring 2ts+1/4ts Red food coloring
  • Soft flour 100g
  • Cocoa powder 10g Cocoa powder
  • 1/2ts Baking soda
  • 1/8 ts Salt
  • 50g Chocolate Chip
  • Oreo
  • White chocolate pen

Instructions

  1. After softening the butter, add brown sugar + white sugar in portions and mix.
  2. Add eggs and mix, then add milk + vanilla extract and mix. Add food coloring and mix until bright red.
  3. Sift the powders and mix as if cutting them, then add chocolate chips, mix, cover, and rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4. Wrap the Oreos in dough, put them on an oven pan, bake for 10-12 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, cool, and decorate with white chocolate pen.
