Ingredients
- 1 Golden kiwi
- Sugar 4g Sugar
- 100ml sparkling water
- 8g Gelatin powder
- 40g Water
- Green Kiwi 1 Kiwi
- Sugar 4g Sugar
- 100ml sparkling water
- 8g Gelatin powder
- 40g Water
- Honey Honey
- Apple Mint
- Sparkling water
- sugar
Instructions
- Add powdered gelatin to water and soak for 15 minutes.
- Peel and slice the kiwi, and grind it in a blender with sparkling water.
- Put the ground kiwi and sugar in a pot and boil until bubbles rise.
- Add soaked gelatin, mix, put in a mold, and harden in the refrigerator for about 5 hours.
- Separate the hardened jelly from the mold.
(If you use a round frame like in the video, it is convenient to separate it using a toothpick~^^) - Chop the apple mint finely and mix it with honey.
- Coat the mouth of the cup with mint honey and sugar.
- Put jelly and carbonated water mint honey in a cup and mix well.
