Tall, make 3 grooves. Put sugar, salt, and dry yeast into each of your grooves and mix with the flour first so that the ingredients do not come into contact, then mix thoroughly.
Add water and knead until it comes together.
Add olive oil and knead until smooth and elastic.
Cover with a cotton cloth and ferment in a warm place for 1 hour.
Dough after fermentation, release the gas and stretch it out by hand.
Put the dough on an oven pan greased with olive oil and shape it well into a circle.
