Ingredients

  • 60g Butter
  • 40g Sugar powder
  • 1/8 ts Salt
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1/4ts Vanilla extract
  • 60g Cake flour
  • 20g Almond Powder
  • 20g Cocoa powder

Glaze

  • 195g Sugar powder
  • 2Ts+1/2Ts Milk
  • 1Ts+1/2ts Corn syrup
  • 1/4ts Vanilla extract
  • Food coloring (pink, blue, purple)

Instructions

  1. After softening the butter, add sugar powder + salt in 2 portions and mix.
  2. Add the yolk + vanilla extract, mix, sift the powder, mix lightly, spread thinly, and rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Cut with a star-shaped cutter, place on an oven pan, and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
  4. Put sugar powder + milk + oligosaccharide + vanilla extract in a bowl and mix, add food coloring to make marbles with a toothpick, put a pattern on the front of the cookie and let it dry.

Notes

Eggs and butter at room temperature for at least 1 hour
