Quick Bread! I made biscuits! It’s really, really, really simple! I think I can make it in 15 minutes without baking time! I usually like biscuits, so I sometimes buy them outside.

Much more savory and delicious than buying it! The point is to mix it roughly when making it. If you mix too much, gluten will form and the dough will be tough.

Conversely, if you mix it roughly, you can make a crunchy biscuit! Eating together with strawberry jam is the best bb!

Ingredients

  • Soft Flour 150g Flour
  • 4g baking powder
  • 9g sugar
  • 2g salt
  • 60g butter
  • 85g milk
  • Cream 25g

Instructions

  1. Sift soft flour + baking powder, add salt + sugar and mix.
  2. Mix the cold butter until it is crumbly.
  3. Add cold milk + whipped cream and mix quickly with a fork.
  4. Roughly form a lump and pan it in an oven pan.
  5. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes (until golden)
