Ingredients

Boiled potatoe
Shred cheese
Mozzarella Cheese
Salt and Pepper
Dried herbs (parsley, basil)
Onion
Bacon
Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Mash boiled potatoes, then add shredded cheese + mozzarella cheese and mix.
Add salt, pepper and dry herb and mix.
Cut the onion into rounds and put the potatoes in the correct shape, then add the small onion.
Cover with bacon and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
