With healthy fruits and apple juice I made a simple ice bar ^^ It’s so good that there’s a lot of fruit in it~ It tastes so much better than the ice cream you buy! How about a healthy homemade ice bar at home?

Ingredients
- (2 servings)
- 1 kiwi
- some blueberries
- a little raspberry
- 2 or 3 cherries
- 6 tablespoons apple juice
- +Agave syrup (add according to your taste)
Instructions
- Slice the cherries and kiwi
- Put the kiwi in first, then other fruits.
- Add 3 tablespoons of apple juice each.
- Please let me know about a day in the freezer~
Notes
- If the water is slightly opened, the kiwi will come in better!
- After adding the juice, use your chopsticks to remove air bubbles.
