Half-Baked Honey Castella Recipe

by Cooking Tree

In Cooking Tree, Half Baked Honey Castella is on the menu, and we’ll show you how to make it from scratch.

I made a softer honey half-boiled castella by baking the soft, half-boiled castella~

I think it can be made easily by mixing the ingredients well and baking it well.
I baked it for about 15 minutes and cooked it half-boiled, but about 2/3 of the lower part is cooked and soft and only the upper part is slightly soft-boiled.

Because it contains a lot of honey, it smells like honey and it is sweet. As for honey, rather than thick honey, honey with a light taste like acacia honey does not harm the cake.

After taking it out of the oven for a while, the top will sink and form a natural shape, but it seems a little different each time you bake it~

Even if you ferment it in the refrigerator for 1 day or so, the half-boiled state is maintained and the taste seems to be richer.

Enjoy watching~~♬~
