Ingredients

  • chicken breast
  • Chicken tenderloin
  • milk
  • flour
  • egg
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Powdered herbs (basil, oregano, rosemary)
  • bread crumbs
  • Parsley Powder
  • Coconut slice
  • Curry powder
  • Peperoncino
  • chili powder
  • cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Cut up the chicken and soak it in milk for about 30 minutes to remove the fishy smell.
  2. Drain the milk and season with salt, pepper, and herb powder.
  3. Add flour and eggs and mix.
  4. Make breadcrumbs in 4 flavors.
    (breadcrumbs + parsley, breadcrumbs + coconut slices, breadcrumbs + curry powder, breadcrumbs + peperoncino + chili powder + pepper)
  5. Add curry powder to 1/4 of the chicken and red bell pepper powder to 1/4 and mix.
  6. Pass the chicken through 4 breadcrumbs.
  7. Put oil in a pan and heat it to 180-200 degrees.
  8. Fry them until they are golden brown.
