Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar

  • 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 3/4 Tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 3/4 Tbsp Condensed milk

  • 2 slices of Bread
  • Butter

  • Bacon
  • Lettuce
  • Cheese

Instructions

  1. crack the eggs into a bowl, add the salt and sugar, and whisk to combine.
  2. Whisk in the mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and condensed milk to make a sauce to spread on the bread.
  3. Heat the butter in a skillet and toast the bread.
  4. Cook the bacon.
  5. Pour the egg wash into the heated skillet and scramble the eggs (low heat).
  6. Remove from heat and shape into squares before they are fully cooked.
  7. Spread the sauce on the bread, add lettuce and top with bacon.
  8. Top with scrambled eggs and shredded cheese.
  9. Top with lettuce, cover with bread, and wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
