It’s been a while since I’ve seen you with an episode of a daily diary~ I made this according to Bunny Jung’s cream curry udon, which my brother who is sick with a cold likes. Ingredients

  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 150ml Fresh cream
  • 75ml Milk
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1/4 carrots
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 Paprika (red)
  • 3 lines of bacon
  • 200ml Water
  • 1/4 cup curry powder
  • 1 udon noodles
  • Parsley powder

Instructions

  1. Crush the boiled potatoes and go to the blender with fresh cream + milk + salt + pepper.
  2. Put it in a Piping bag.
  3. Carrot + onion + paprika + bacon sliced and fried.
  4. Add water + curry powder and boil.
  5. Add about 30 seconds of boiled udon noodles into curry and simmer for about 3 minutes.
  6. Transfer to a plate and cool down a little.
  7. Place the cream on the udon and sprinkle the parsley powde
