I made a condensed milk cheesecake that is soft and melts in your mouth~
The flavor of the milk spreads fragrantly by adding condensed milk, so it has a mild and soft taste.
I wanted to bake it high, so I baked it on a high mold for a long time, but if you want to shorten the baking time, I think you can bake about 2/3 of it on a 15cm low mold~
Let it cool in the oven for about 10 minutes, take it out and leave it for 10 minutes.
The side will naturally separate from the mold, and if you turn it sideways, it separates well.
It was flat and pretty when I took it out of the frame more than the top, so I finished it upside down this time~*^^*
Before making the meringue, it is better to whip the egg white after cooling it.
