Ingredients
- 60g Butter
- 50g Brown sugar
- 2g Salt
- 23g Egg
- 1ts Vanilla extract
- 105g Plain flour
- 1g Baking powder
- 1g Baking soda
- 100g Chocolate chip
- 45g Nuts
Instructions
- Put butter in a bowl and loosen it gently, then add sugar and salt and mix.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix, then sift flour + baking powder + baking soda and mix.
- Add chocolate chips and nuts and mix.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into 40g and press lightly on the oven pan.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
