I made chocolate cookie chou with two creams of white and chocolate color~
When I put cocoa powder in the cookie and choux dough on top and bake it, the dark chocolate color looks great~*^^*
For cream, fill 2/3 of the cream with white fresh cream first, and add chocolate cream to enjoy two flavors. I think the cross-section is prettier.
I baked it at 190 degrees and then lowered it to 160 degrees, so even if I take it out right after baking, it doesn’t go out and the shape is well maintained.
The combination of crispy gouache and whipped cream was really delicious~
