I made chocolate donuts in the shape of waffles covered in chocolate!

It’s a donut because it’s shaped like a waffle, but it feels like eating a waffle~

The chocolate-coated part is really delicious, so I think it would be good to coat everything with chocolate~^^

After baking, the top rises convex, but cutting that part and decorating it is more like a waffle.

I bought the waffle mold at Modern House, but I don’t know if it’s still on sale.

I think it’s a good snack to make and eat easily~^^

Ingredients

1 Egg
60g Sugar
1/2ts Vanilla extract
60g Milk
15g Melted butter
90g All-purpose flour
20g Cocoa powder
1/2ts Baking powder
Melted chocolate

Instructions

Put eggs, sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix, then add milk and melted butter and mix.
Sift flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder and mix.
Pan in a mold and bake for 12 minutes in an oven preheated to 170 degrees.
Coat with melted chocolate.
