  • 140g Warm milk
  • 4g Dry yeast
  • 310g Bread flour
  • 30g Sugar
  • 3g Salt
  • 10g Milk powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 40g Unsalted butter

  • 100g Milk
  • 10g Corn starch
  • 10g Honey
  • 6 Slices cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Add dry yeast to warm milk and mix.
  2. Put the strong flour, powdered milk, salt, sugar, egg, and milk mixture in a kneader and knead for about 10 minutes. Then, put the softened unsalted butter at room temperature and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  3. Make a round shape, put it in a bowl, cover it with cling wrap, and ferment it for about 1 hour until it doubles in size.
  4. Put milk and cornstarch in a pot, mix, add honey, mix, add sliced ​​cheddar cheese, stir over low heat, boil until thickened, and leave at room temperature.
  5. Remove the gas from the dough, spread it out, apply cheese, fold it 3 times, push it gently to shape it, and then cut it into a square shape.
  6. Put it on the oven pan, cover it with wrap, and ferment it for about 40 minutes, then apply milk on the top and bake it in an oven preheated to 175 degrees for about 13 minutes.
