Strawberry cake requested by a subscriber! I made it using a round frame. I used custard cream to make Depro Matte Cream and peeled it.

It smells so good~ Strawberries are so good! It contains a lot of it and it is even more delicious ♥ I baked it twice with one cake sheet. Just cook the recipe x2 at once. You can cut it

Ingredients

Amount for 1 cake sheet

  • 2 eggs
  • 30 g sugar
  • 1/4 ts vanilla extract
  • Soft flour 60g
  • 20g melted butter
  • 1/8 ts baking powder
  • (X2)

Instructions

  1. ​​ in a bowl, beat the eggs until large bubbles are formed, adding sugar 2-3 times and continuing to whip.
  2. It has an ivory color and overlaps in a ribbon shape when lifted.
  3. ​After sifting the soft flour and baking powder 3 times, add them to (1) and mix lightly and quickly.
  4. Pour a little of the dough into another bowl.
  5. Add melted butter and vanilla extract to the dough and mix, then put it in the dough and mix.
  6. Pour the dough into a circular mold lined with parchment paper, flatten it, and bake it in an oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, and then in an oven at 170 degrees for 10 minutes.
  7. Whip the whipped cream.
  8. Mix whipped cream with custard cream, cover, and cool in the refrigerator.
