Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 50g Sugar
  • 100g Milk
  • 1 ts Vanilla extract
  • 1/3 ts Salt
  • 30g melted butter
  • 200g soft Flour
  • 1 ts Baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • Choco pen
  • Maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs in a bowl, add sugar and mix until sugar dissolves.
  2. Add milk + salt + vanilla extract and mix, then add melted butter and mix.
  3. Sift in soft flour + baking powder + baking soda and mix lightly until raw flour is no longer visible.
  4. Put the paper foil on the frying pan, put the mousse mold, put the paper foil inside, and then fill the dough about 1/2.
    Cover with a lid and cook for about 10 minutes on very low heat.
  5. Open the lid, put the paper foil on the top, turn it over on a plate, put it back on the pan as it is, and remove the paper foil on the top.
    Bake for 10 minutes on very low heat.
  6. Remove the mustel and paper foil, and draw the face of Pom Pom Purin using a chocolate pen.
