Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 50g Sugar
- 1g Salt
- 4g Vanilla bean paste
- 300g Milk
- Cinnamon Powder
- 40g Unsalted butter
- 6 slices of Bread
- Powdered sugar
Instructions
- Add sugar, salt, and vanilla bean paste to eggs and mix.
(Vanilla extract can be substituted) - Add milk and cinnamon powder and mix.
- Heat the butter over low heat until it turns light brown.
- Cool the burnt butter slightly.
- Strain through a sieve into the egg mixture and mix evenly.
- Grease the container with room-temperature butter.
- Cut the border of the bread and make it into a square.
- Fold the sliced bread in half and put it in a container.
- Put the rimmed bread in a container.
- Pour the egg mixture slowly and let it absorb into the bread.
(Pour several times and make sure it is sufficiently wet) - Bake in an oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes. (Preheat 200 degrees)
- Sprinkle sugar powder.
