  1. Add sugar to strawberries and mix, and when the juice comes out
    Put it in a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. When it becomes viscous, remove it from heat and add lemon juice, and mix.
  3. Transfer to another bowl and cool.

Cake sheet

  1. Whip the eggs in a bowl.
    When large bubbles form, add sugar 2-3 times while whipping.

  2. Sift in the soft flour + baking powder and mix lightly and quickly.
  3. Pour the melted butter + vanilla extract into the dough while pouring it upwards with a spatula.

    Bake for 20-25 minutes in an oven preheated to 8.170 degrees.
